Is there a specif driver that I can install to make sure this works accordingly? Answerīased from the Harware ID and the code BCM20702A0, it appears to be the bluetooth device which is part of the broadcom driver package.
I downloaded the whole driver package for the purpose of creating driver packs in SCCM, as this is our method of imaging. I notice USB in the line but I did install the USB drivers. Upon checking the hardware id it is listing USB\VID\0A5C$PID_221E6&REV_0112. I can't seem to find out what driver will remedeate the "Other devices" section in device manager. Installing the drivers from the download link via the device manager and browsing on my computer for the download was successful and the Bluetooth adapter worked fine in the end.I am hoping someone could help me. I resolved the problem by opening the device manager and right clicking on the Bluetooth adapter, once I right clicked and had the context menu open I clicked on update driver software. the install failed telling me my operating system was not compatible with the software. Once I downloaded the driver though I had issues running through the standard install procedure.
